This seems to be everything I try, guaranteed or non-guaranteed. For example:

I use FireFox, but I got "Please fill in the required fields" on Chrome too, so it's not a cache in my browser because the browser doesn't matter. I cleared the cache in both browsers. Doesn't work. I tried it with a guaranteed copy of Space Distant, and it didn't work ("Please fill in the required fields").
I do remember seeing one where you go to choose the level that it lists the level twice, but it hasn't done it a while. That was presumably an unrelated error.
Considering it used to work, and now rarely works, and different browsers doesn't make it work, and clearing the cache and signing back in doesn't work, and I've tried IG bundle games and others, I think it's either with the programming for the form or in the user database somewhere.
Just tried a key for non-guaranteed game GAUGE that came from another site. It actualy worked. No idea why it's so random, but if certain games cause it and it's ones you sell in bundles that cause the error then it's especially frustrating. I have a lot of gift copies of games from IG that I can't give away on IG. Though I've seen what looks like bundle games, so I don't know.
