How many active trades do you have, and what internet browser are you using? Maybe we can add some info for the support team to work with.
I am currently experiencing it; "Error: wait a few minutes and refresh this page." When loading 'In Progress' via the 'Trades Library'
I am using Mozilla Firefox (46.0.1) with 100+ active trade listings.
I use Firefox browser because it solved the problems where I could not click some of the buttons like 'Accept Trade' with Chrome & Internet Explorer 11.
