Completed Giveaway Says STILL "...locked due to a trade/giveaway in progress"

So a few months ago (April, to be exact) I made a giveaway for a game I got in a bundle that I just was not interested in. Giveaway ended. Person claimed the key (as it shows they played it on their Steam profile). And yet.... it still shows as "giveaway in progress" in my library? Is this normal? It's the first and only guaranteed giveaway I've made (so far). I figured it would go away after some time like the non-guaranteed ones automatically rating them. Should I contact the winner to ask them to give the feedback?

No, it's not even possible for users to give feedback on guaranteed giveaways.

And yet.... it still shows as "giveaway in progress" in my library? Is this normal?

Doesn't sound normal, but I have yet to create any guaranteed giveaways myself, so you'll have to wait for someone else to chime in here.
