Win10, running 64 bit, execution from unknown publisher, said OK, will not run:
Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software.

Run as Administrator - same thing.

Really nice game and I was enjoying it until halfway through the caves... suddenly whenever I teleport to the heart chamber the screen goes black, and even if I go back the way I came it flashes then goes black again... so I can't finish the game...

If I choose Run Anyway, The file is deleted and I cannot run it. Defender is deleting the files.

I turned off real-tie protection, unzipped the whole thing, then scanned the 64 bit .exe with Windows defender and get this:
