For some reason, this is the second game that when I try to download after adding to my library the website gives me an error saying access denied. Doesn't boast well. I don't think I would pay money on this platform that can't deliver free content. This makes me feel the same would happen if I bought a game as well

If you're even interested in resolution to your problem, you may have better luck politely contacting support instead of leaving weird, impotent threats of withholding your hypothetical business as a comment on a product page. Nobody with any ability to help you would see it.

It was super easy to download this game. I just followed the instructions. Went to Library, and then clicked on showcase and the download was right there.
I can understand there being an error if you click the white link because it appears that the freebies.indiegala.com and indiegala.com are two different sites so it's relying on some type of SSO handshake to get you to the indiegala store where your library is kept.

So the same end goal can be accomplished by redeeming here, then opening a new tab and going to indiegala.com and making sure you are logged in properly then going to the library and showcase to grab ur free content.
