Deathloop pre-order

I'm interested in Deathloop pre-order, especially given there's a 15% Crypto offer on at the moment and I have a little Ethereum that would cover the cost.
The title listing says that Bethesda region-locks the game to the region of purchase.
Would I be able to to play this game in Australia if I bought it here?

I welcome your comments about Crypto purchases and this title!

My key seems to be available to be activated, but when I click the "click to redeem key" button a message saying "Sorry, unfortunately something unexpected happened. Please retry later." comes up.

Also received 2 emails stating my key was ready to claim but have run into "Sorry, unfortunately something unexpected happened. Please retry later." for roughly 20 minutes so far.

Edit: After emailing through to Support, Paula has amended the key on my account and I've activated my game on Steam.
It appears there were key issues due to Bethesda changing which launcher they were originally providing keys for.

Wanted to follow up that I did receive my key and preorder bonus around 14 hours ago. Around 4AM CT time, so if that is similar to your timezone just keep in mind you may get a delayed response before it gets into their business hours. Due to being a Steam key versus a Bethesda key they had to add a new order to my account that would accept sending a steam key.
