Deceived in trade

Is that possible to punish somehow a guy, who sent the key from th wrong game from gleam giveaway (Dont know if it's even working or not, cause already have that game in steam)?
Sent him the key from Lethal league (from Bundle Stars Indie Legends 4 Bundle remains) for "Duck Game", but in truth it was for Pirate of black cove gold. Bad luck, some people are just scammers. Send a email to support@indiegala.com and tell them your case, thay will be able to study the case and may ban this guy.

I did my first trade a few days ago and today when i checked it i got a key tried it and i do not work so i just sent a email to support with some gyazo screenshots and a gyazo video where i try to use the code.
