If you look on the Showcase tab, it shows a listing of 89 games currently available for free (plus one more from today that has not been added to the big list yet). Indiegala has given away well over 200 games over time. It does not appear that they are free forever. The publisher/owner lets Indiegala give away a game for however long they agree. Eventually, some games go back to being for sale. Currently, Deponia is for sale at $9.99. If you were following the freebies, you would have seen when it was offered for free. If you Added it to your library when it was being offered for free, then it is always free to you through your library (I can download it right now from my library). If you did not add it to your library when it was offered for free, then you missed out. Unfortunately, you will have to wait and watch to see if it goes back up as a freebie.

download seems ok for me, you just have just click on the windows (tm) icon, wait some time (1 to 3 sec), there's no pop up confirmation, just the download notification in the down section of chrome (in my case)...in my situation download is stopped by chrome security policy and you have to authorize the download..(i guess indiegala is just using a simple share service with no encryption or strong ssl security for the storage of freebies, this will explain the warning from chrome)...
the same should apply to all freebies from indiegala (not tested)

I don't see any Windows TM icon here. Perhaps explain where you found it.

The download links point to HTTP but there is a valid cert for content.indiegalacdn.com
If you use HTTPS Everywhere extension the downloads here should be sent via HTTPS.

i claimed it few weeks ago, following a post on freegamesfinding on reddit saying the game was redeemable again

people can also try to search on google (tip from a guy on reddit, read below) but i can't assure it works cause i already claimed most of the games

"Also friendly reminder you can find and add most of the current Indiegala freebies at any time by doing the following search: https://www.google.com/search?q=site:freebies.indiegala.com+"indiegala+developers". Even if they are not on the frontpage showcase. "
