Did not receive massive giveaway game codes

Did the process to get "Bibou" a few days ago and did not get the game code, same thing with the current game "Space Codex". Redid the process a bunch of times for both games and still nothing. The page showed saying they were in my profile but I checked my library and did not find them there.

Furthremore, I created a giveaway for GooCubelets 2 when the site broke halfway through setting it up (select a game bs). Now it says Giv or trade in progress [sic] yet there are no giveaways in the Created tab...

Had the same with Bibou, mailed support they replied that they ran out of codes.
