They're replying to you in the trade section, and you sent the message in the forums. From their perspective, there is no notification.

Okay, I'll go over there. I clicked on the "bell" where the notification was shown. I didn't realize there was a different message/notification system.

My posts show-up in the "Trades" forum. I sent the game code through the "Conversations" forum by clicking the envelope icon. I am unsure about what else I need to do to get the game code to you.

Yes, as BadRatsy mentioned, they see any posts you make, but are not seeing the conversation (private message) or any notification of it, from trades. The only place that's visible is from the forums, and most people don't use the forums.

The same thing happens with the giveaway section. I see people messaging, posting on their forum profile, or in the GA itself, but unless people actually check those, or use the forum, they will have no idea that anyone is trying to talk to them.

thanks I found it, it seems like it does not show up on Microsoft edge so I switched to google chrome. I will send you the key.

No...looks like my key is usable. I need to go through my list and verify which keys are valid. This is frustrating, since I showed that key as valid and not a duplicate. My apologies for wasting your time.

There are still aspects of this site/forum that I do not fully understand and have no experience using.
