It is a raffle. Many people will buy tickets but only one person will win. It just takes luck, keep entering games you want and you'll win eventually. It may take weeks or months though. You can increase your level and gain access to more giveaways by doing giveaways of your own: if you ever find yourself with extra Steam keys, this is a good way to use them.

I didn't see many people that say it's DLC, so I made sure that I put it here in description, because I couldn't put it anywhere else.

You're still getting credited by IG for the full game, not DLC.
24iS for DLC? For a game that's in Early Release?
For a giveaway stolen from another giveaway?

I never said you "intended" to fool anyone. I said you marked it correctly in the description. However, at least one user appears to believe it's the full game, and the description only shows up if you go to this details page.
It's asinine to think you should be getting credit for this in full.
