The best part of the DuckTales remaster is the new soundtrack, taking the iconic themes of the original and remixing them in fantastic ways.

And yeah, totally agree about the 2017 Duck Tales show. And now that all three seasons are on Disney+, there's no better time to check it out. It's one of the best animated shows of the 10's, standing alongside Gravity Falls, Stephen Universe, Star vs The Forces of Evil, and Adventure Time.

Minor quibble

There’s a gap of more than 30 decades when the first season of the original DuckTales series began and the rebooted first season

Its not 30 decades thats 300 years and even Scrooge isn't that old, 30 years or 3 decades is I think what you mean

A warning to any Nvidia users thinking about buying Duck Tales Remastered. There was, and as far as I know, still is a major bug in the final sequence of the game that causes the game to freeze up completely, thus preventing you from seeing the ending and getting achievements for completing it on the various difficulties.
There is no fix/workaround to get it to function properly. And due to the game preventing saves on higher difficulties, you're forced to restart the ENTIRE GAME.
So Nvidia users, buy this at your own risk. You've been warned.
