e700 error trying to make a giveaway, support is ignoring me

Trying to giveaway a game that I can usually see anywhere between 1 and 3 active giveaways for so I know the game is not blacklisted from giveaways. I emailed support who replied very quickly asking me which game. I told them and then I heard nothing. I waited 5 days and replied to the email again asking to be updated. Nothing. It's been almost two weeks now and they have not replied to me again. They're clearly ignoring me on this issue for some reason. Hoping to get some help here from RiciRick or some other staff member because they've always been helpful on the forums. I've had this game key for almost two months and I try to make a giveaway for it almost every day and I just would like to give it away since I already have the game.

I replied again to the ticket. No response. I started a new ticket. No response. It's been three weeks. And support on the forum seems to be ignoring me now, too?

I've had the same issue with 3 keys I received for free during the sale from June-July. I mentioned this along with another issue in an email to support. They addressed the other problem, but didn't tell me anything about the e700. I just replied with a request to specifically address the e700 for the three games. If/when I get a response, I'll share it here.

9 days later, I got my response:

"It seems that those were free games and probably this is why you can't create the giveaways."

That's the full extent of the reply (except for greeting and closing).

My initial request for help acknowledged that the three keys were all freebies from the prior sale, so that shouldn't have taken any investigation to determine on their end. However, it appears they either aren't able to help or just don't want to. So we're apparently stuck with games we don't want and aren't able to share them with others who would like them.

I didn't get my key from IG so they can't say that for me. Also, still no reply from them and I've sent more messages. They apparently just filter my email address now. Bunch of cowards can't even give an answer.
