If something wrong with the site or with ne, every giveaway i participated said 100% guaranteed key, but i lost in all of them, this happed to 20 giveaway, i even lost when it said 100% chance. What is this man, even this one also said 100%, still i shows i did not won

"Guaranteed" doesn't mean that everyone who enters will win. It means one person that wins is guaranteed to have the key be valid as it has been supplied by the site directly. Conversely, "Not guaranteed" means the giveaway was created by a user entering a key manually, which may not be valid, thus even the winner isn't guaranteed to get a working key.
