Same here, logged out, cleared cache, logged in same message.
Tried again and again and again. Is this a random thing? that could go away and come back until finally it locks you out permanently until indiegala staff fix the issue? I really don't like the prospect of that idea at all......

I don't think it's an IG issue but regardless, until we get an official answer, for most refreshing or trying another browser fixes it after a bit (especially edge)

has to be an IG issue, too many people experiancing it, since friday. Its still also ongoing, havent been able to do anything and wont be fixed/looked into until monday at the earliest

Many people use the same protection service. Could be IG, could be the service, could be anything. I honestly have no clue.. But reading the error it looked to me more being a service error. Until IG says anything, all I can say is that refreshing frequently or changing browser since to be fixing it. Dunno something more

I don't know if this applies to select users or to everyone. I notice new games are being added giveaways which means they are accessing their libraries. Are there anyone who can access their library page regularly without seeing the error 15 message?

I managed to get access to my library page only once before the error 15 keeps popping up again. I've decided to keep that tab open.
