Error 15

I don't know if this applies to select users or to everyone. I notice new games are being added giveaways which means they are accessing their libraries. Are there anyone who can access their library page regularly without seeing the error 15 message?

I managed to get access to my library page only once before the error 15 keeps popping up again. I've decided to keep that tab open.

I got it 1 time but I used my acc successfully 3 times today (profile, purchases, ga's, feuda key)

I found a temporary solution to claim the keys, just open the link into the browser https://www.indiegala.com/library/profile
to take you directly to the library. I hope it works for you too.

yeah I think you might have an issue with the code you inserted to avoid that people try

too many times in a few seconds to access your profile or library

I believe you might have missed a way to reset the variable since basically, I get this at the first login of the day ^^ and any subsequent attempt using the "normal" way (the button). The "roundabout" way works by the way (directly typing https://www.indiegala.com/library/profile on the browser or following the link I provided); It might also be the code of the button just a hunch.

I also have the same problem.

Had created giveaways and was kicked out with an error after each one. And now a negative feedback with the comment 'Error' came with a key that actually worked.

I go from being able to enter at a certain moment, to getting the error at another.
I've never seen a store site with so much problems as this one.....

Just after writing this i entered with no problem.....wth?!?
It's pure chance, you never know what you will get....

Hello, I have this problem over and over again. It's only been two days when I create giveaways or try to log in. I just put someone on my ban list and was immediately confronted with the 'Error 15'? It took me 10 minutes until I could log in again without an error message.

"trying too many times in a few seconds to access your profile or library" is not the case. I just only clicked on 'my library' only once and get the error 15 message. I don't think anyone will go mashing on the 'my library' button multiple times.

I have just tried again today, last time was i tried was from my post on here yesterday (so over 24hrs later) and still the same block message.
I have not been able to access my Library since Friday last week at all.
This is taking FAR too LONG and something needs to be done about it.

I'm using private mode of web browser, I mean I have to log in manually every time and first thing I want to do is check ended giveaways (in library section). I think that security annoying thing counts this (log in and then click "my library") as library spamming.
