Error 15

What the hell is going on?

I already tried 3 times to get in the library and all i get is:

Access denied
Error 15
www.indiegala.com

What happened?
This request was blocked by our security service

It has never happened before, i had no idea what that means.
I never had any problem entering my library, i just did it a few hours ago (10 hours ago or so)
Is it only me?

BTW, i posted this on "General discussion", maybe it wasn't the best place to make the thread. Fell free to delete it there.

Update.

After several attempts i actually accessed the library.
Then i closed it (after doing what i wanted) and tried to open again. The problem returned.

I'm sorry but i've never seen a store site with so much problems as this one.....

refresh once than wait 15 secs

than press refresh again

If it does not work wait for another 15 secs

From others + experience -> keep refreshing, nothing is certain atm, another browser might also help (including Edge)

i cant see how this error appears "when you try too many times in a few seconds to access your profile"
this problem occurs even if i just came online and the first thing i did is to go to my profile ... and the error happens. wtf?
and yes... even after a month it still happens

There is a workaround.
When error 15 appears and you can't access "my library", use this https://www.indiegala.com/library/profile
