''Error 500'' is not making me redeem my code

Same issue for me when I bought Metamorphosis on sale (it's now full price).

They sent back "We contacted the publisher and will get back to you once they reply." Heard nothing since, despite chasing. Tried the key a couple more times but it's still not working. Hoping I'll get a response on here instead.

To the Administrators:

Having the same Issue. Purchased on Sunday. Contacted support asking for access to the key or a refund. was told by Paula "We are sorry but it seems that we have run out of keys for this game, if you don't want to wait we can make a refund." Great, with no time estimate for fulfillment, I'd like a refund please.

I can sympathize with the fact that you are a small team, and that there is a time difference. However, It's been two days and I have neither a game code or my money back at this point. I only seem to be able to get a single response per day form the support ticket system so I am trying my luck here.

What kind of store is this? I've never had such a problem in another store, but here it's been almost 24 hours and I still can't redeem my key.

They say they have made changes and to try again to redeem my purchase but the error persists.

I am very disappointed in Indiegala as a store and hope that my problem (and everyone else's, because it seems to be a common occurrence) will be fixed.

But I don't think I will ever buy from this site again.

Same problem here with a Fallout 76 purchase, emailed and awaiting on response from support.

I didn't redeem (or even look at) the free "Crazy Machines 3" steam key that came with it in case it invalidates a refund that may be needed.

Hope they can figure this out, seems to be effecting a lot of people...
