I just got an email telling me I can grab my Crusader Kings 3 key, but I'm getting error 500. Can you help me so that I can marry my sister in a timely manner?

I'm in the same boat too. But Customer Support has said that pre-order keys are available either on the day or one day before release, so gotta wait until next week I guess!

Still error 500 on Crusader Kings 3. Can you confirm whether or not the key should be available on this preorder yet? I did not expect it this early, but received an email saying the key was ready to redeem.

Did the email go out too early? Does indiegala already have the keys for distribution?
