Error in redeeming product key

I'm having trouble in redeeming my product key for Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. It keeps coming up with the error message - 'Sorry, unfortunately something unexpected happened. Please retry later.' I have already tried refreshing the page several times to redeem the product key to no avail. Please fix this.

It was purchased on April 16, 2022, 4:24 a.m.
