What is this key?! More precisely, what about its format? It gives an error! It's more like a scam!

This site is for Steam keys, and the link to Steam has been used to create the giveaway. Have a name for that?

The problem is that the rules are neither clearly defined, nor enforced.

This is clearly defined - although not enforced, unfortunately...
Report Giveaways Here shows [MZK]Lightning claiming that keys for games free on Steam can not be given away. There is nowhere in the Docs/Help/anywhere on the site, that says that.

What I'd like to see would be a simple list of rules everyone can easily access, and then warnings/enforcement used when said rules are broken.

What other account should I create to have the game in my Steam library?
You can't use a GOG key to get the game in your Steam library. GOG keys are for GOG, Steam keys are for Steam.

(And if you don't want a GOG key, I'll happily take it! ;) )

I just mentioned it since GOG was written in the description of the giveaway and you probably might not have not tried it. Just trying to be helpful.
Do you check the description of each "ticket"? In addition, the games have a link to Steam next to the name for a reason. Maybe I wasn't particularly attentive when asking a question about the format, but when you get a key like "[DGY56xxxxxxxxB4DE2[" (just like that with parentheses) and try to enter it several times in different ways trying to understand what the Steam is dissatisfied with, then as if attention is focused on something else. For example, I have just noticed that you and I have a link to a profile that does not match the nickname (my nickname has never been different), despite the fact that others do.. However, I'm sorry for my emotionality and attempt at sarcasm (which apparently no one understood, given the beggar who answered after you with an inappropriate explanation that Steam is for Steam, and GOG is GOG).

About the nicknames: yeah the IG homepage also has a second "anonymous" name for every user. That might be confusing and honestly I don't really know how it is decided which one will be shown.
