When trying to redeem the codes all I see in the network response part of devtools is
{"success":2,"detail":24}
Is anyone else having this issue, or does anyone know how to fix it?

Do you see a "purchase_receipt_info"? Expand that one by clicking it and look in there for the game name.
Alternatively install the SteamDB extension since it just shows you the game name and gives a link to it in SteamDB which is useful if the game is removed from the Steam store.
