For the first time, when trying to redeem a code on Steam, they replied it's an invalid code! So, not a duplicate (I already got many of them but no matter), but an invalid code. Have you ever experienced such thing? Is it solvable?

may I ask which country you are from (or living in)? it's possible some games are banned in your country, we had it happen here already with Germany - the person won a working key but could not activate because of the notorious German game bans

it was not a region restriction, the key was for game called "Paranormal" and all the keys are invalid for some reason
