It does and doesn't at the same time.

In steamdb it says that this code was switch galaxy ultra charity pack. But that DLC got removed from steam market so there isn't a item that would cover that code anymore. The code itself works, item doesn't exist anymore causing the code to be useless.

If it has been activated, then it works. What kind of nonsense are you writing? DLC appears in the library and is accordingly added to the game, regardless of whether it is still sold in Steam or not. Please remove that key post and don't mislead people.
