Oh, it seems I missed your post, I didn't see the notification back in time :( too many posts on this forum. When I did the trade I asked for a proof he sent me a pic and it was really duplicated but human factor can happen of course.

Confirmed today 2023-10-03. I had previously won 3 keys of Surgeon Simulator. Tried to give them away today, all were already used.

All unused keys of Surgeon Simulator from Indiegala Gameplay Giveaway appear to be revoked.
