(I think this should be posted on the "Report giveaways" thread instead but I will make a "quick" reply nonetheless)
Sadly I can't even judge people who do this after doing a lot of giveaways, they start doing a lot of real giveaways only to see that all people that are winning are cheaters, leave negative rep without talking, are generally disrespectful, or are bots, and you can't even blacklist all of them since there's a very narrow limit (only 20 at level 4? bs). "When in Rome..." it's what you start naturally thinking, since even if you don't do fake giveaways that only means your real ones end up in cheaters grasps so it's all eventually pointless as it becomes just a "slow leveling vs fast leveling" since the only punishment you get is a moral one and most people don't care about that (except us).

If Indiegala banned the level 4 +5/-x users then that would resolve everything, even the people that will eventually start doing that since "everyone else does so what's the problem?", so until that isn't fixed we will see more of this situation.
