Thanks for the explanation, it's important. But please note, this thread is about non-working keys and you are just confusing the readers. Keys like this can be used, for example, for creating giveaway, and win a malus reduction. And by adding it here, you only added the name of the game to the search results, and someone will not understand the situation and will think that the key may not be working as well.
Such things happen from time to time, when you more or less understand the statistics of messages in the topic, you can sometimes find working keys that someone wrote here for some reason and they are still working for years.
