By the way, I sent an e-mail to support about a week ago about a NODATAFOUND error and have yet to hear from them, how long does it usually take?

Generally it shouldn't take more than two days, though I had to wait four days once or twice. Your best bet is probably to write them again. Additionally you could find an old forum topic with that problem and reply to Paula that you have the same issue, I've seen that work for people.
