Got negative feedback in the giveaway, but never saw a key for that game not work. If someone not lazy and don't have it in library, please check it too.

I have a second steam account for key checking in such cases. Your key was already activated, but that doesn't really prove anything, since we can't check when the key was activated.
Or well, it does prove that the key is indeed used I guess, I've seen some people complain about winners leaving bad feedback, apparently without even trying a working key that they won.

Yes, and the key had been there for several hours, so even if it was ok, someone might have just silently activated it. I just didn't think about it right away. Just checked that he doesn't have game in his library and he have only one post on forums so no reason to write in PM.
