All I get is "Fetching User Data" for an excessively long time. I don't know if it's trying to fetch the data from Mount Doom, an alternate dimension, or another world but I've yet to get this thing to load even after 15 minutes. At this point, I'll have to wish the rest of you luck, because clearly I have none.
I had this problem a couple of weeks ago. For several days the challenge page would load extremely slowly and and then would get stuck at fetching user data.
Turns out that the issue was with my home connection somehow - trying to use my phone or nearby cafe's wifi to access the page worked just fine. Several days later the problem went away.

Oh, I had the same problem last week. And the same solution - everything starts working normally after a few days.

When I try to play the challenge it says "You need galacredits to play". I don't know why it now requests me to have galacredits, no galasilvers. If someone can help me I would be grateful.

I am sorry to tell you this but this is a lie, it doesn't JUST change the time available, it also changes the time scale.
Show how unfair are the rules right now or fix the game, until then this rules mean nothing.

The best way to make people play this game fairly is you guys having fair rules too and obeying them.
OMG, you are right! Thank you for this information! I also noticed that something is strange, and after reading your post I have decided to record a video. My malus is -8, but the timer actually has counted down only 47 seconds of real time. Timer starts at 00:17 video time and ends in 01:04.

So currently I have won only 1 key.

Finally was able to beat the mining challenge after the changes. Even won something I didn't already have.

here are the Rules!

This is the official rulebook of feudalife challenges after over 4 months of beta/test phase and over 1.500.000 challenges played.
Please look to this thread as reference to know which are the rules for match and malus calculations ( and also for further modifications ).

General rules:

Anytime you are looking for a quick time killer game, and at the same time you want to get a chance to win a tiny ( and sometimes very cool ) prize head over indiegala gameplay giveaway page.

You will see a play button ( if you are logged into indiegala.com, otherwise you will have to login / create an account ).
Hit the play button and you will see the challenge menu:

Entry token:

To play you need to spend 10 silver coins ( galasilver ) . You can always convert your Galacredit to silver if you need more silver.

If you complete the challenge target in the required time ( default, without malus is 60 seconds ) , you win a prize ( a Steam key ),
otherwise you win Feudalife Gold that can be spent in feudalife and, in the near future, can also be spent to obtain more prizes and keys.

Everytime you win something.

Challenge types and Targets: *
  1. Chopping: You need to chope 8 trees in time to beat it.
  2. Sickling: You need to cut 60 grass with your sickle to beat it.
  3. Mining: Mine 14 rocks with your pickaxe to beat it.
  4. Watering: Water 16 plans to win.
  5. Fighting: Kill 9 archers to win.
  6. Picking: Pick 40 saplings to win. ( watch out for the spiky ones that slow you down )
  7. Hoeing: hoe 60 clods to win.


Malus rules **:


Every won challenge in the past 24 hours gives you a malus penalty.


- New accounts get 6 secs malus per challenge won

- Accounts older than 30 days get 4 secs per challenge won

- Up to 25 secs malus max, regardless of how many challenges previously won.

** From 8 of March 2021 we introduced a dynamic malus system. The values or 6 and 4 secs are default ones that reset each key refill.


Malus can be removed performed actions on our platform :

- Completing at least one bundle purchase in the past 24 HOURS removes 1 handicap second
- Completing at least one store purchase in the past 24 HOURS removes 1 handicap second
- Obtaining at least one positive feedback in the past 24 HOURS for a giveaway removes 1 handicap second

** From 8 of March 2021 we introduced a dynamic malus system. The values of 1 handicap second is default that reset each key refill. When malus raises removal values can raise as well.


It is always possible to remove ALL malus before playing a challenge paying 50 silver coins per second.

- Malus removal through Galacredit works on a per-challenge basis
- this means that malus removal by Galacredit is valid only for that particular challenge you play.

Prizes, Tiers and odds.

Prizes are divided in 3 Tiers where Tier 1 being indie games ( games that we used to give away in massive giveaways in previous years or games that you can find in some of our bundles ) Tier 2 being popular indie games ( like some that you only find in special bundles ) or games more popular / most wanted and Tier 3 consists only in popular games / AAA games ( like the ones from famous publishers that you can find on our store )

Odds of winning a game in the highest tiers increases the more challenges are won.
IF you never won a challenge in the 24 hours,
The first match you play has 97% chances of winnning tier 1 prize, 2% chances of winning tier 2 prize 1% chances of winning tier 3 prize.
Each additional challenge you win increases winning percentages of tiers 2 and 3 multiplying it by number of keys won in the 24 hours and reducing winning percentage of a tier 1 prize.

Examples:

odds with 0 beaten challenges in the past 24 hours:
tier 1: 97% , tier 2: 2%, tier 3: 1%

odds with 4 beaten challenges:
tier 1: 88% , tier 2: 8% tier 3: 4%

odds with 10 beaten challenges:
tier 1: 70% , tier 2: 20% tier 3: 10%

and so on.

We remind you that challenges are enforced by anticheat/antiabuse system that can be triggered by a numbers of checks.

First of all check that your activity is not something that fall in those cases ( even unintentionally ).

Secondly, anticheat/antiabuse is very sensitive to IP change. so if you change ip everyday ( for whatever reason ) or if you and some friends of yours connect from a lan ( for example playing from a college/school lan )
chances are that you will be blocked by the system.

* These goals may vary and game could be easier or harder in certain days. But you will always know the goals before play.

** From 8 of March 2021 we will introduce a dynamic malus system. This is a decision that tends both to distribute prizes among the widest possible audience of players and to cope with Steam keys scarcity. Malus values stated here are the defaults and will be reset at each key refill. Then, when keys are distributed and the quantity lowers under certain treshold, it raises slowly one or two seconds at time. To compensate, and reward more the users performing actions on indiegala platform, malus removal seconds per action ( default starts at 1 ) will be raised as well.

Premios, niveles y probabilidades.

Los premios se dividen en 3 niveles, donde el nivel 1 son juegos independientes (juegos que solíamos regalar en obsequios masivos en años anteriores o juegos que puedes encontrar en algunos de nuestros paquetes) y el nivel 2 son juegos independientes populares (como algunos que solo buscar en paquetes especiales) o juegos más populares/más buscados y el Nivel 3 consiste solo en juegos populares/juegos AAA (como los de editores famosos que puedes encontrar en nuestra tienda)

Las probabilidades de ganar un juego en los niveles más altos aumentan cuanto más desafíos se ganan.
SI nunca ganaste un desafío en las 24 horas,
El primer partido que juegues tiene un 97 % de posibilidades de ganar el premio del nivel 1, un 2 % de posibilidades de ganar el premio del nivel 2 y un 1 % de posibilidades de ganar el premio del nivel 3.
Cada desafío adicional que ganes aumenta los porcentajes de ganancias de los niveles 2 y 3, multiplicándolos por la cantidad de claves ganadas en las 24 horas y reduciendo el porcentaje de ganancias de un premio de nivel 1.

Ejemplos:

Probabilidades con 0 desafíos superados en las últimas 24 horas:
nivel 1: 97% , nivel 2: 2%, nivel 3: 1%

probabilidades con 4 desafíos superados:
nivel 1: 88% , nivel 2: 8% nivel 3: 4%

probabilidades con 10 desafíos superados:
nivel 1: 70% , nivel 2: 20% nivel 3: 10%

Le recordamos que los desafíos se aplican mediante un sistema antitrampas/antiabuso que puede activarse mediante una serie de controles.

En primer lugar comprueba que tu actividad no sea algo que caiga en esos casos (ni siquiera sin querer).

En segundo lugar, anticheat/antiabuse es muy sensible al cambio de IP. entonces, si cambias de IP todos los días (por cualquier motivo) o si tú y algunos amigos tuyos se conectan desde una LAN (por ejemplo, jugando desde una LAN de universidad/escuela)
lo más probable es que el sistema lo bloquee.

Esta es una decisión que tiende tanto a distribuir los premios entre la mayor audiencia posible de jugadores como a hacer frente a la escasez de claves de Steam. Los valores de Malus indicados aquí son los predeterminados y se restablecerán en cada recarga de clave. Luego, cuando se distribuyen las llaves y la cantidad disminuye por debajo de cierto umbral, aumenta lentamente uno o dos segundos a la vez. Para compensar y recompensar más a los usuarios que realizan acciones en la plataforma independiente, también se aumentarán los segundos de eliminación de malus por acción (el valor predeterminado comienza en 1).
tengo un problema cuando cree mi cuenta me dice giveaway locked due to suspisicius activity no se porque me sale esto soy nuevo en esto
