I also believe that might me fake, BUT what's the point of creating a fake giveaway? You only get the XP if you are positive rated AND the points spent by the users just vanish, you get nothing of it right? I just wanna understand those fake giveaways I always see around

if people don't respond in 3 days, they auto-positive rating, jumping a couple levels. so this user could be using multiaccount to enter giveaways several times at higher level.

i guess, there's benefit of bleeding other user's points, so less competition? but this is not primary goal.

Try to google what keys from different stores look like if you want. But the key is probably fake. Those new users all look like troll accounts.
