What is the point of creating a fake giveaway? You get nothing unless is a positive review on the result by a user. The points spent are just spent 'cause no one get them even if is positive reviwed, you only get XP for your account. But I repeat, you need to get a positive review by the winner. So I think is pointless to create a fake GA. Is really fake?

It automatically marks as "positive" if it is not marked "negative" after 4 days. They're taking advantage of people who don't regularly login.

Oh, I see, but if a active user gets the "game" eventually they will become most negative than positive, right? Then people will start to doubt they credibility, no? Really sad that people make this just to level up in the GA
