You need to go to the showcase tab that is actually where they are stored.

Uninstall it, disable the antivirus, reinstall the game again, take note of where the game is installed (game folder path), then open antivirus options and add the game path to the AV exclusions / exceptions, enable antivirus again, done.

How on living Earth is someone still using Norton in 2021 is beyond my comprehension. Uninstall it asap and use another more reliable antivirus. Norton is well known in the gaming community for interfering with games. I had many troubles with it about a decade and a half ago, got rid of it, and never looked back.

If you click on one of the platform icons, it should immediately start downloading the version of the game for that platform.
