Yes. It started aroung the same date as you give. I should have 498 IC- 240 from free daily silver, the other 258 from IC earned from auctions. The earned IC seems to get used first, and the free IC seems to never recharge. I have been entering very few GA's, and have not been burning through every single IC I have. I have been sitting at 275 IC for days now. No rechage ever. 0 minutes to recharge.The other day when they changed the site and how the auctions are displayed and shown, I found myself with 0 IC. NONE. All IC gone. When it finally came back, I was at 275. And that has not changed at all.
I fully expect when/if the 2 Auctions I have running right now end, that IC will disappear as well. As well, the War For the Overworld coupon from the Warhammer Bundle generated an error code- PFC4, after applying the discount, when I tried to pay using PayPal. Sale cannot be completed. I wrote to Support. When they replied, they said it should be fixed, and i should try again and let them know if it works. It doesn;t. The coupon now does not work at all, and no discount it applied to the game price.
I siad in another thread that I was thinking it was time to just move away from this broken site, and buy only from other Steam Partnered sites. I decided to give it one more chance with the Warhammer Bundle. I am now very sorry I did so. I will be moving on and making all purchases elsewhere.
