Gameplay giveaway no longer working?

Anybody noticed this? The gameplay giveaway hasn't been working for me for 2 days. The giveaway never opens up. usually it's open for me at 6:00 pm or 9:00 pm. But now it never opens. is this over? Are they removing it permanently or what?

For me it is in morning - about 8:00 - 9:00 GMT+1. But not always.
