Probably your privacy settings are private and didn't switch your settings to public.

I can't validate either, my Steam Account says Temperia: Soul of Majestic 3.1 hrs on record.

I had both of those set to Public (as shown) I even tried unchecking that box on the bottom and that didn't fix it either.
The Archies Steam Farm trick has worked for me twice before, this time it didn't. I'm not sure if they found a way to detect it (such as an achievement you're not triggering and they're checking for it) or if it's just broken.


EDIT: Several minutes have passed since I unchecked the box and it finally validated and I got the Steam Key.

I had exactly the same issue. My privacy, though public had a ticked off box "Always keep my total playtime private even if users can see my game details." When I changed that I was still getting the same msg. But after some time I was able to validate. Maybe something to do with restarting or just time passing.
