For some reason it just says that whenever it's not open. Don't worry, no problem on your end. You have enough to play (at least 10 iS), so just wait until it opens up again.

Well, I've dodged steam gifts so far...so I won't be reading it. I just wanted to know what you meant by IP. To me that says IP Address lol.

EDIT:

Thinking about it from a Steam perspective, I'm going to guess it means Key (Internal) Provider or something similar (obviously a different term than key)

Square Enix may have completed the sale of its western development studios like Crystal Dynamics and the former Eidos to Embracer Group(opens in new tab), but there's clearly some unsold inventory lurking in their digital and physical warehouses. Liquidation sale it is: Games like Guardians of the Galaxy, Marvel's Avengers, and huge collections from the Tomb Raider, Thief, Deus Ex, and Hitman series are on bargain-bin sale—90% off.

That may be so as far as the sale is concerned, but it wouldn't explain a waiting list if they were out of inventory on something they were entirely removing from their stock.

I'm still on the list and have the option to click to add myself...unless they are preventing keyshops from snagging them all, a waiting list would be pointless, count keys, sell till gone, end of story.

Who knows, its all speculation...bad time to be poor though :ROFLMAO:
