95% off is below steam's supposed minimum possible discount (they announced this change in the news a few months ago)
So this is a once in a lifetime thing. Plus, that dlc everyone was sharing is still free, so you can get both.

I suspect the game may be removed from sale in the future. It's unusual to do a blowout sale like this, so high suspicion due to licensing it may be no longer possible to buy in the near future (but i cannot find any news to confirm this)

Heat is the latest NFS released on PC, not very likely...alot of the older ones are supposed to be over at the end of the year or before, maybe they just decided to throw it on sale as well.

Two more possibilities:

1. It was free on Prime recently (month or two back) so sales are crap now.
2. NFS 2022 is actually coming out in 2022

Its been in the works for awhile now, but I figured at this point we wouldn't see 2022 till 2023 lmao.

I see the RETRO pack, I'm surprised I missed that (I never got to installing it yet, cloning an 8TB drive atm ), I don't see a soundtrack on the page...but I believe you its there, just have to wait for installation cheers man.

How long did that take! The biggest drive I have is a 4TB and I don't want to have to clone that thing!

Using my own custom program, approx. 12 hrs

I've been running a check disk on it (the partition only) to make sure my program didn't fluke out since I just modified it and thats still running now, and its been almost 7 hrs just for that.

My EaseUS Partition Tools said 18 before I cancelled it

All in all i think my program did a damn good job for time...and its not even optimized properly or using multiple threads or processes yet heh.

It was still a fucking nightmare...I dread even running a disk check on the entire 12TB drive I just cloned it onto a partition of

Man did it suck...shoulda optimized the program first...next on my don't fucking slack list thats for sure lmao.
