Ya I caught the raffle, cheers
Yeah I knew you did, I should have said a little different like:
Not needed anymore as you know, but thanks for the thought just in case I didn't win a raffle!
I didn't say there was anything wrong with people collecting free games when they are offered, I do have a small voice of irritation in my head when people feel the need to remind everyone every ten seconds they want EVERY game (looking at you gamy lol) or simply collect everything an still act like its end of days if they don't get it (Dante) lol
Of course you didn't, you yourself haven't gotten many a games from here. I was just stating the most obvious reason as why most people grab every game in sight. Other reasons are worry that said game can't be obtained later, enjoying trying every game even if it's really bad, collecting cause it's fun, card farming, excitement, and occasionally greed, or sometimes bullying and taking advantage of someones generousity like some trolls.
I think you misread my statement, I said you were not one of the people who acted like that.
Again I knew what you were conveying I guess I just didn't explain it that well to you!
The fact you entered a raffle twice for the same game caught my attention alone, partly because one raffle was mine, but more for the fact you actually wanted to be sure you were entering properly because you truly wanted the game.
THAT was what I mean and why i offered, its not something I see from you very often, which made realize you truly looked into this game and would definitely play it.
Yeah it's not a normal thing for me, and thanks for noticing.
I think whenever any of us do a GA, that is honestly the most we can ever hope for...so giving you that game was well worth it IMO.
Ditto.
I think I might be getting close to 500 or so myself now, and in all honesty...a big chunk of that came from this forum alone and I don't even enter most gleam.io or twitch GA pages or anything involving a mass amount of time.
Probably around a 100 or max a 1/4 of my games. Other than here most of my free games are from Awa, Reddit, or steamgifts. Everything was bought or in bundle, or traded for.
Its almost all from the users here...so I have zero issues giving back, especially in situations like this and when I have a spare key...which I already explained above.
That's what it's all about, as Retro always says "Sharing is Caring" and that's how we keep this forum alive and flourishing!
