Wow, multiple winners for each game, nicely done ][-][.e.r.m.e.s (AKA Gleb).
Thank you for the game, it reminds me of Grand Theft Auto (the original game with a top down view) that came out on PC & Playstation way back in the day. I played the PC version of that for so many hours, never actually beat the game though, I did however mod it with new cars.
