No, lol. A new DLC was released, there was a bug (as in a problem) with the ps5 loading screen. Three mins after the user reported it, the devs pushed the fix to all PS5's.. the dev's do indeed care for the gamers in this case, for sure!

It used to be either Twitter or the GA page itself, however for a long time it's only been Twitter.

For this particular one they've initially tweeted the times as well. Now that tweet is gone, but the image from it still resides on the Tweeter servers:
