I don't know what to tell you about this. I don't dislike you or have an issue with you and I can understand human "differences" (due to lack of better word) but this one was.. much.

You have to understand and "the other side" though and that those are reasonable reactions given the circumstances. It's not out of spite or whatever else..

The one good thing out of this is that you will most likely remember this :p (light joke)

i asked about gifting and if i remember right he told me that it wasn't possible(maybe wrong) and he wouldn't recommend it,he do it like they're like 2 separates accounts, if a game is on better price there, he will only buy and play on that account.

i asked about gifting cause i thought would be good if i can get like a 300 reais game for 70 without the need to change accounts, and cause idk where or when i saw something about gifting friends for other countries that the game has an allowed % of difference between the value, but we can try with a cheaper game, i have some steamwallet funds so that we can try doing that.

i personally don't like having games that i play in more than one account, even if it is cheaper, only if the differente is like tooooooo much, like from 200 reais to 20 reais.

It's 2 fragments not 2 ARP, there's one being sold in market place for 100 ARP (Not sure if this one only works for Steam Quests and Twitch is excluded, theoretically it should work for both), Only get it after you're sure it works for twitch(y). Also you can wait for the 5 fragments that we will be able to get through calendar rewards this month.(y)

See above answer👆, You need to buy multiple fragments of the same kind and they should work in theory for Twitch, but we don't know as no one has tried it before. I hope you got the artifact for 1 ARP, as that's a sweet deal(y) and they will hike the price up after 24 hrs. The 100 ARP one in the marketplace can be bought later as you have time to get it and hopefully the price stays the same, but that one was put there for the Steam Quests and that's why I'm not sure if it will for Twitch or not:unsure:. If it does that's great.(y)
