Pfft.. girls don't know C or C++. :cautious:
But women do! 💪

Which games are from your wishlist?
Control, Syberia, Praey for the Gods. I bought the bundle too, couldn't pass up on those games at that price! Especially Control, as I really enjoyed Quantum Break another great game from Remedy.

Amazing bundle it has at least three games from my wishlist and others that look interesting.
It is a very nice bundle. I was tempted but all the ones I really would want have been given away or will soon be given away by Epic except for Hellblade and Syberia. Call of the Sea is Epic's next game being given away. I'm a Linux user so I may regret passing it since Epic doesn't support my OS. It is funny that Epic's launcher prevents me from installing its Epic Online Services after telling me that I need to install it.

Its also ironic that the Epic Launcher wouldn't work on Windows 7 due to a missing installation package until after support for Windows 7 ended...I wouldn't expect much from their dev/support team in that regard.

Although they're excellent for customer service, the dev team and the support for the launcher is pretty sad...I'd be surprised if they even actually did the work for fortnight lol. Then again, thats Unreal Engine and not a desktop application.

Resident evil 4 price blew up for Brazilian Real, Argentine Peso, Colombian Peso, Turkish Lira

TR 890 lira
Ars ~13,000 peso
BR 250 real
col 229000

To put perspective, it is now more expensive in argentina than usa base price. and that's not including taxes.
Better to get from official key retailer, still at old pricing. greenmangaming, is one example
i'm sure retro will give skidrow update for this? it's too much.

This is gonna become a serious mess...region locks all over the place no matter where you buy.

But the big question, whats your fixation on it?

I can't even imagine sellers or traders follow information this much, and you were totally silent before, I'm not being a dick...I'm asking a serious question.

EDIT:

Now I'm being a dick...is normal conversation too difficult for you?

I didn't know about that. That is messed up! I think the EOS install script checks my system, sees that I'm running Wine, and quits. It leads me to think that EOS isn't really necessary like they claim. The Epic launcher is very sluggish. If they could improve that then they may have a chance at competing with Steam. The Rockstar Launcher is the worst for me. I tried it with Wine. It filled up about 16 GB of RAM and part of my swap partition until I killed the process.

Its needed, it does DRM checks on games that need it as well as cloud syncs.

I agree, between the launcher and the biggest factor they overlook....controller support, they kill themselves, all that money wasted on free games nobody ever plays*. Pretty sad.

They could use a few good actual programmers, not just game designers.

This isn't even a launcher, its an ROS really...and they can't even get that part right. You would thing GTA V would have been enough capital to make it a worthy investment or just stop using the thing...but no, greed kills creed.

Even UPlay at least invested the time and/or money to make it work properly.

On that note EA has pretty much destroyed themselves as well, Origin thin client was decent at least and functioned...now it won't even load unless your online. I'm starting to despise my NFS addiction without internet right now.

You sell fucking racing games as your main source of revenue (star wars aside), who the fuck wants to hop online for a 3-4 minute race. Get a grip.

I had many opportunities this winter to be in this situation, but Steam cloud storage really saved me a few times. The worst was with Aiko's Choice where you had to save literally every few minutes and the lights went out right when Steam was syncing, but the last five or six save points are available in the game so I was able to find a few that were ok. So the cloud storage didn't help you, or did you turn it off?
No, I guess it uploaded my corrupted save. It's kinda annoying that fromsoft games only have 1 save that is overwritten continuously. I plan on restarting my run & backing up my save manually, at least for this game.

I post about games: sales, deals, bundle. RETRO has posted many times about regional tricks and deals.
I do the same now. All I want is to earn back same recognition as regular poster. Gaming is all I know, I can't post about anything else.

I end up using AntiMicroX for controller support with Epic. I regret not getting the original Need for Speed Hot Pursuit on Steam when it was on sale for $5. It was removed before I knew it and it was replaced with the version that requires Origin. They have to nearly give me the game (under $5) for me to even consider having to deal with their launchers. So far Origin hasn't caused me too much trouble with Steam. I'm afraid to get a game that requires Ubisoft Connect because the app is heavy on my system. There are plenty of other games I want so it isn't a major loss for me.

The newer Need for Speed games confuse me because there are parts of a race where I don't know which way to go. I come to a blue strip in Need for Speed: Heat in a race for the first time using hood view and I have no idea which way I should turn. I want a HD remaster of Need for Speed: Most Wanted 2005!

Fair enough. Its better than sitting in silence.

But no offense, you need to stop comparing to RETRO...when I say he's one of a kind, I can't be more real. But he's just a man, because he does it doesn't mean we all should and it doesn't make it the thing to do.

RETRO is just henry, and to be flat out a crazy mofo at that. I love him for it....but how about you just do what you want to do, like he is...and if that makes you a person worthy of being noticed, you will be.

Gifts do not make the world go round, and this god syndrome has gotten out of hand.

I give a ton myself...but I think my voice an opinion matter more, my intention, the reason behind it...the cost or the gift is a side factor, I do it because I want to do itn and I'm positive he does as well.

Doesn't make us any better than anyone else, unless you take the reason for doing it into account instead of the gain.

I'm not even going to continue this rant...its simply complicated and if you don't get it, you just don't.

Its not the gift, its the thought that counts.

No, but I assumed that since I've watched an alienware stream before then I must've already granted it permission.?? Do you have to do it with every stream? Or with each different streamer?
Arena Rewards Tracker is listed in my twitch extensions.
I turned off both adblockers to check if that was the problem and refreshed. Didnt help.
I even added the console paste .. still no help. I dont understand either.
Well, if you're sure you're getting Twitch ARP that way, then continue(y). But Imho it's better to "grant permission", finish the Quest, then "un grant permission". That's how I do it, anything can break at AWA at any time😂 so I keep it as simple as possible(y). Also, Twitch didn't work for a week and they're still trying to fix it for a lot of people, so the permissions you've granted earlier may have been set to default. When you do it manually(just 2 clicks) you know for sure if it's working or not on that day. Always refresh and check your Twitch ARP Counter periodically to make sure it's adding up.(y)

If you're not getting the icon that allows you to "grant permission", You can try the language trick and see if that works hopefully. Changing the Twitch language to English-UK on Twitch.
