For somebody who claims to be a computer expert/programmer you seem to know awfully little about computers.

I never said that you have to use windows 11 if you own Alder or Rocket Lake CPUs (12th/13th gen Intel CPUs). Windows 10 and older operating systems will work just as fine with minor performance difference in a certain scenarios. Not enough to really matter.

TMP or Trusted Platform Module has nothing to do with Intel’s hybrid core architecture and is only required to be enabled when installing genuine Windows 11, of course there are workarounds in which I’m not going to go here.

You should understand that TMP is just a chip on your motherboard that can securely store artifacts used to authenticate the platform. (for example passwords, certificates, or encryption keys unique to your machine). Both Intel and AMD have it.

Please go and read more about it before making nonsense statements and misinforming people. Thank you.
