That's correct, Only for NA region (North America region), also certain promotions , giveaways and contests are also exclusive to that region only.

in france we also have those mini games since 1,5 year i guess, zoliv can confirm it. (edit) there"s only 2 different games in alternance every week and they give 5 arp/day...not great stuff

Winning games...unfortunately the bundles didn't work as smooth as I thought because of the fucking eggs, so you can either trust me on the key number or I will send a picture in PM using imgur to show a long screenshot that proves it.
