I find it more funny that lenovo legion just went on a hell bent mission to stop alt accounts and used gleam to verify heh.
Since I don't feel like even giving a shit about abusing gleams possible flaws...which GA site is being fucking retarded?
I mean its practically useless to bot these freebies anyways, because so many resellers do the work for us that the price drops to change anyways right after
The people who truly lose in all this are the devs that promote through them, it makes their games go down in value to such an extreme that except for people who don't shop anywhere else (and likely never see the GAs) are about the only sales they'll get after the fact.
Honestly its one of my only MAJOR problem with resellers, if they're going to do it...they could at least have the courtesy not to drop the price so low its practically the death of the sales for the dev for all time.
If you can afford to sell it for 10-20 cents, you could have afforded to wait until it sold for a realistic price and not killed it for the other person trying to survive by practically the same method--except they put alot more time and effort into making it AND selling it on a legit platform, no matter how much hassle reselling actually is.
Its a sad fact that people in general only think about themselves most of the time...even more sad that we slit other peoples throats and in this situation they end up slitting their own throats as well and are just too fucking greedy and blind to see it.
Dev goes broke, games worth dirt on the grey market thanks to them,, keys vanish, and in most cases everyone loses out on a game or on rare occasions it goes through the roof like Dirt 2 and the other few most wanted games here and once again, everyone loses out on a game because nobody will pay that insane price.
Works out for one or two greedy scumbags 'sometimes' and burns half the gamers on the planet. Yay you.

A little patience and alot less greed and every person involved between the devs, the retail shops, and the resellers all make more money in the long term...but does anyone see beyond their own nose (as in knows nothing)...naa, too much effort to see past their fat head and inflated egos.
Sorry, I'll always stand with the devs unless they're complete pieces of shit themselves, and I've met a few (looking at you pinkcake)
