What are those violations in your apartment? like some kind of things u need to solve or u can't live there? like airflow so u can use stove without getting killed?
They differ in severity, some need to be fixed within 5 days, others they have up to a month and some are based on dangerous situations but not all of them.

They are basically a set of rules that define a property as "habitable", which means "it can be lived it by a human being" in simple terms.

It ranges from having working and safe utilities (electrical safety standards, water, both hot and cold with enough pressure to run a shower, etc) in ALL areas of the property you rent, in good and working order...down to much simpler things like a solid foundation free of defects, cracks (like my flooring lol), to being infested with bugs or being moldy.

Its a set of laws put in place for tenants rights when a landlord doesn't do their job properly basically...and 'usually' handled by each areas Board Of Health since most of them are based on a healthy and safe home to live in.

Unfortunately in my experience the board of health is usually in league with the landlords or property owners, either because they get bribed or simply because they know them from constant complaints--so they don't 'actually' enforce half of them like they should Personally I'd call a state inspector, because they got the job by being complete assholes and have no friends

You know that boss you always hate because they follow the rules to a strict letter? You always find at least one in every workplace as a higher up...because thats how they got the position. Thats about the same as a state inspector compare to your laid back manager at a convenience store lol.
when old people is involved is the worst, they look like doesn't care and put things more expensive as they think " old people" are dumb and always alone.
Its not much better when your disabled, regardless what situation it involved everyone treats me like i'm either psychotic or retarded when they hear that...even at the disability office where they have the information a click away they still "automatically" consider someone on disability younger than 65 (retirement age here) to be retarded or crazy.

I spent half an hour arguing with one lady about health insurance because she was treating me like I was slow one time, until she called the person considered my disability rep and explained it like a normal human being to them. As soon as she said it in english I said "nevermind" and walked out. I had to wonder if that lady was mentally retarded after all that lmao.
my mother has gonne to justice with my grandpa, with all bills and payments( forget the word but when u pay, u receive a papper comproving that u paid and when u paid)
"Receipt" is the word your looking for.

Thats a big thing everywhere...almost 99% of the time you will lose if you have no proof of the exact payment. The banks here would have record of anything that wasn't paid in cash, we can get visual copies of cashed checks and any money spent on a debit or credit card has a payment record.

I never pay cash without getting a legit receipt in hand or a proof of ownership/renting etc...and I generally prefer cash in most cases.
they put 2 accounts to pay at the same month, values that never existed, been like this for a year, near two( we can prove with more than 5 years of account that all eletricity bills were aproximatelly the same value every month)
Like I said above, the bank should have records of both payments...that 'should' technically be enough proof to win that case--but your laws and system are obviously different, as well as the bank records, so I can't say for sure.

I would ask the banks though if I was them.
like each month we spent 200-300 reais( like this month comes 236,90 and next 280 or eevn 300), but like nothing happened the bills started comming to 800, and they even started putting paid accounts like we didnt' pay them
Well theres obviously something seriously wrong there, they would notice that where I'm from even at the company and fix it...I've also had landlords set whatever was fucked with right because I brought it up to them.

Thats such a huge difference they usually won't even argue the fact...I hope your family is that lucky. Best of luck ;)

Thats what those stupid things are for? I got two, (duplicates at that) the other day
they will turn into regular summer cards when the sale starts and you can make a badge. or simply sell for as much as $0.08. because then there will be 0.02 :)
Whats that game called between Megaman 11 and the summer cards? It looks familiar but it blurs too much when I zoom in to read it.
Sakura Fantasy. One of the biggest disappointments in the series. They really tried hard and wrote normal characters, the world and the beginning of the story, but the first game is literally the beginning, and then they decided not to continue due to unsatisfactory sales. They broke my heart.

Can't sell them yet because they're brand new, I usually do and buy missing cards with the change.

Even not being a fan I can understand that part...I suppose all you can do is hope they go back one day and finish it with new (hopefully not horrible) graphics and such.

One of the reasons I'm not a fan of NIS is due to the fact that alot of games had incredible potential to be great Action and/or RPG games in the PS3 era, when I was desperately searching for new RPG games constantly to keep occupied--I wasted money I really didn't have multiple times to get a great game...for a few short levels, then they expected you to repeat the same thing 100 times to become a god.
This is also when gamestop recommended Mass Genre (Mass Effect) to me as a so called RPG when I asked for things similar to Tales Of and Final Fantasy...ruined the game for me forever, as well as prevented me from ever going to that particular store again. I do realize staff rotates, but I had to wonder how ignorant the manager or owner must be to have hired the people who obviously didn't know the genre difference between Final Fantasy and DOOM lol.

Mugen Souls stands out in particular from NIS, I honestly didn't know NIS was only the Publisher at the time, they've also published some great games...but then they got involved in Tales of Xillia 2 and it was the only Tales that became a grind game, as well as the only one I never completed on PS3--after that I had a hatred for the company.

Ys: Lacrimosa Of Dana and its failed PC port for almost a year AFTER I figured out a fix and beat it completely did them no favors either.

Turns out its Idea Factory that I should be blaming heh. Cross Edge however was incredible, as were the first 3 Agarest War games (if not a serious headache), the last one was good as well, but it didn't hold up to the original trio at all.

Well, technically in Doom you need to level up skills, and the final fantasy series have a shooter :)
I was talking DOOM Classic  but fair enough. And i've never even touched Dirge of Cerberus (i think thats the name), although I like Vincent as a character in FF7
But true, I never considered Mass Effect an RPG, it's a third person shooter with well-written dialogues.
I won't argue it has RPG-like Elements and I won't even say its a bad game honestly, its just not an RPG in the real sense, although technically these days an RPG is defined in part by having choices that effect the outcome of the story and characters (I had to research it after that one lol), so I guess all the hentai VNs are also RPG games...and I'm not talking about the Sakura series at all for the record, I actually thought it was an RPG when I first came across it...albeit a smutty one

yes, i'm trying to craft some badges to get the cards, then sell they when it " starts" , then latter get the badges cheaper XD

didn't found the kid comment again XD, never tell steam what is your next step XD( i'm trying to find a sack/packet idk the word ( of cards) to craft using gems, that use 1000 or less gems, and pay more than a sack of a 1000 gems XD
