Usually only gore is region locked here. That game doesnt look like gore. (Steam also region blocks some gore games from me but I cant name any off the top of my head.)

Just hit the targets and dodge the number balls, or stay in one corner and hit them (really helps when you get the triple blasters, then you can really stay and camp in one corner).

I think all is related to Leveling. I see it like a gambling addiction and I hated it. especially kids are playing with it. But just for experience I tried level related areas. Reached level 122 etc. Dont want to get addicted and will quit hopefully. Whats the catch, ok you reach level 100-200-300-400 and they send you free chit booster packs and sometimes just maybe sometimes foil cards in it or direct booster pack itself has a value and can be sold or traded. So leveling is prestige pfffft. but its just like getting a free key that makes you a lil happy, you got a booster pack from space (like a gift) and I guess thats makes you a lil happy too.
