I get good loading times after getting past the f'kin logos, I haven't noticed anything major like I would think your talking about.
As soon as I jumped in the cop car (after going hunting for collectables lol)...I realized I was either going to be using a guide or never getting near a perfect game since I just wanted to GTA the whole city and drift around where I shouldn't be racing from the start
The first thing I did in the car was an NFS button style drift...and it workedI was like I'm so fucked for actually playing this right, and I'll probably be bored in few days, but it was worth a few bucks.
