You mean rename? I don't recall DOS having a built in file converter...maybe I'm mistaken.

I do recall being able to merge old avi/mpg files by using copy file1+file2 etc. but if theres a pic converter I somehow never stumbled across it tbh.

"in a nutshell" is used when you explain something difficult to somebody who knows very little, or nothing about it, like if you've never heard of Spiderman. I could tell you that it's a Comic Book about a young Man who was bitten by a radioactive Spider, it gave him Superpowers such as the ability to shoot webs from his wrists, and swing from building to building on those webs, in order to move across town very quickly, so that he can fight crime... and that is Spiderman in a nutshell.

I take a long story, I sum it up into 2 or 3 sentences and then I say that is whatever... in a nutshell. (y)

LINE is JP company though 😅 But mostly used on Traditional Chinese countries (Taiwan mostly).
Mainland China doesn't use it at all. They have Weixin, Baidu, QQ, anything else.

I grew up on arcades and, basically, most shmups were like that. So, yeah, I kind of enjoy it in a nostalgic way.

A game that I do usually find chill/fun to play has caused more BSOD's in the last 3 hours than Ive had in the last year: fall guys.
21hrs after the update yesterday I finally figured out that turning of the service that runs my controllers allows me to get past the launch screen. I got to play for a while, but now. Sigh. BSOD's triggered by easy anti cheat.

For a while there it was a race to stay up & running long enuf to try something else before I'd restart yet again. Sigh. (sometimes the restart is so quick I dont see the BSOD) Im going crazy here.

I prolly need to clarify why Im disabling the controller (xinput) service: well thx to yesterday's update many of us cant get past the loading screen. The game just hangs there with a loading bubble. But if you stop the xinput service, start the game and then start the xinput service once you're in the lobby, well the game runs fine.. PC, switch and PS are all affected and we assumed xbox was okay but now there are reports of xbox players having the issue too. You'd think this would be a priority for MT, right? Well its now 25hrs since the update. The community is figuring out workarounds. smh. Worked for me for a few hours, I got to play, but now Im getting the eac bsod's.

Nope, dodge for dear life isn't enjoyable to me on a phone even with turbo lol.

Its stressful because you want the ARP thats the point.

I 'could' enjoy it if I were on PC maybe, can't say. I do like similar games but I find that particular one more like the last level in retro games, way too chaotic.

Few ideas from somebody who never touches this game at all.

You can disable easy anti cheat as a service and the game will still load, at least you could for older versions of it.

Right in windows...services.msc.

Windows Key+R (together), type "Services.msc"

You'll figure it out from there.

Uninstalling gets caught but I've never had issue with disabling the service :LOL: course I don't play MP either.

The settings file might also have a duplicate in the Easy anti cheat installation folder (where the fuck that is idk), you can click the setup file in fall guys folder and find out...or uninstall it lmao.

Try running the xinput or easyanticheat (if you can't outright disable it) and the game (one by one) on a single processor core in task manage-->affinity, especially IIRC your specs...its something they royally fuck up once in awhile and its always a straight crash with no real explanation likely the actual game depending whats updated with it, not the external programs consider it was just updated.

Try unplugging your controller entirely and see if it crashes while you run around foolishly with a KB just to see if you can narrow it down to the problem.

Its likely EAC or the Game regardless, just a few ideas. I have no concept of whats really going on, common fixes.

Thanks for the reminder...Steam is still try to weasel the last few bucks out of it I guess because its still not free...grabbed it on Epic to be safe. Hasn't updated my ass...when have you known steam to be last? :LOL:

They didn't announce it or anything, probably safe to assume its still selling or its time-zones.

Glad somebody caught it...I always confuse it with actual Team Fortress 2, but yes it has NFT.

TF2 and obviously the game was what was in my head 😅

CS:GO and those IDs everybody connects to them is just how people get hacked FOR TF2, thats where my brain went sideways...I've never seen a more inviting gateway in all my life lmao.

Probably they're taking too long or they're still planning something else, but supposedly it should be today the change.
